FBI Adds Goldy Brar to Top 10 Most Wanted List With $1M Bounty

Fugitive gangster Goldy Brar, also known as Satinderjeet Singh, has been added to the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List, with a $1 million bounty on his head for any information leading to his arrest. The FBI announced the addition on Monday, citing Brar's alleged involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organised Crime Group.

This is accused of various violent acts in Southern California and across the United States and Canada.

According to FBI Los Angeles Field Office Assistant Director in Charge Patrick Grandy. Brar is wanted for his alleged role in the killing of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada in 2023.

The agency also increased the bounty on him from $50,000 to $1 million for any information leading to his arrest.

Brar's involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organised Crime Group has been linked to a string of violent crimes. This includes high-profile murders, shootings, death threats, extortion, arson, and drug trafficking. The Canadian government in September 2025 designated the Bishnoi enterprise as a terrorist entity.

This comes after a US-led operation against three criminal gangs involved in transnational crimes. This includes one led by Bishnoi, who is lodged in a Gujarat jail.

Three years after the killing of Nijjar. Brar has claimed responsibility for the assassination, bringing back memories of the controversy surrounding the killing of separatist Nijjar in 2023.

Then Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau had alleged a "potential link" between Indian government agents and the killing, bringing bilateral ties to a standstill. However, Canadian police later said there was "no evidence" of any official involvement from India in the killing.

The FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List is a list of the most dangerous and elusive fugitives in the United States. The list is updated regularly and is used to help law enforcement agencies track down and apprehend these individuals. Brar's addition to the list marks a significant escalation in the efforts to bring him to justice.
