Shah Rukh Khan Offers Prayers at Lalbaugcha Raja Pandal with Family

Actor Shah Rukh Khan, along with his wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan, offered prayers at Lalbaugcha Raja pandal in Mumbai on Monday. The visuals of the full family offering prayers and joining in the evening aarti were shared by news agency ANI.

Shah Rukh also waved at fans inside the pandal and made sure Gauri and Suhana get proper darshan. There was heavy security inside the pandal, as Shah Rukh stayed back for the aarti with Gauri and Suhana.

Several stars offered prayers to Lord Ganesha, including Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt. In a photo from the celebration that has now surfaced online, Ranveer Singh and Shah Rukh Khan can be seen performing aarti with Nita Ambani.

Shah Rukh's appearance at the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations comes ahead of his next film King. This is set to release on December 24.

The film, helmed by Siddharth Anand and also starring Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, and Suhana Khan, has been touted as one of the most anticipated films of the year.

Shah Rukh has been closely involved with the VFX process in King, ensuring that the film's visual effects meet his high standards. He has also spoken about the physically demanding nature of filming, revealing that he has suffered injuries during the production.
