The MenoVest is an interactive tool designed to simulate the physical and emotional sensations associated with a hot flush. The device allows participants to adjust temperature settings, simulating the intense heat that can strike during an episode. This hands-on experience helps individuals grasp the complexity of menopause symptoms and their impact on daily life.
The event will be held at Princes Quay shopping centre on 17 October, from 10:30 until 14:30 BST. Men are particularly encouraged to attend, as they often play a important step in supporting their partners through this transition. By sharing their own experiences and insights, men can help create a more supportive community for those affected by menopause.
