Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh Welcome Second Baby Girl

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have welcomed their second child, a baby girl, on Saturday. The couple confirmed the arrival of their daughter through a joint Instagram post.

The picture accompanying the post featured a small imprint of a baby's feet, with the names of the family members listed below. This includes the date September 19, 2026.

Deepika and Ranveer got married on November 18, 2018, in a private ceremony at Lake Como in Italy. Their first child, Dua, was born on September 8, 2024.

Ahead of the due date, the couple shared pictures from their pregnancy photoshoot, giving fans a glimpse into this special phase of their lives. They also shared the news of their second pregnancy with their fans in April 2026.

On Thursday, Ranveer visited the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal. There, he was greeted by fans who gathered to catch a glimpse of the actor. The previous day, Deepika and Ranveer visited the Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings.

Ranveer's recent visit to the pandal was notable, as he arrived alone and dressed in a traditional white outfit. He made his way through the pandal and interacted with fans who gathered around him.

Motherhood pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes you more social, Deepika said. I've never been a social person, but now I find myself interacting with other parents and engaging in new experiences.

On the work front, Deepika is set to star alongside Shah Rukh Khan in King, directed by Siddharth Anand. She will also appear in Atlee's upcoming sci-fi film Raaka, alongside Allu Arjun.

Ranveer is currently preparing for Pralay, a post-apocalyptic thriller that is in production. He recently appeared in Dhurandhar: The Revenge.
