Singer Sonu Nigam has acquired three commercial units in Mumbai's Andheri West for a combined ₹17 crore. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The transactions, registered on August 6, 2026, involve two adjoining commercial units on the first floor and another office unit on the ground floor of the Aston building in Sundervan Complex, located on Lokhandwala Road.
Details from the documents indicate that Nigam acquired two units on the first floor of the Aston building from Singular Health Private Limited for a total investment of ₹16 crore. The units span a combined 3,885.77 square feet of carpet area. The transaction also triggered a stamp duty payment of ₹96 lakh.

Meanwhile, Nigam secured four car parking spaces as part of the deal, located in the basement's stack parking system.
In a separate transaction registered on the same day, Nigam purchased a unit on the ground floor of the same building from Singular Health Private Limited for ₹1 crore. The office has a carpet area of 258.33 sq ft and the transaction attracted stamp duty of ₹6 lakh.
Three commercial properties, valued at ₹17 crore, span a total of 4,144.10 square feet of carpet area. When combined, the average price per square foot comes out to around ₹41,021, a significant figure that highlights the substantial investment in these commercial units.
