Rajat Kapoor's Sarkata is a masterclass in villainy, bringing a level of depth and nuance to the character that elevates the entire film. His performance is a highlight, and the chemistry between him and Ajay Devgn is electric. The supporting cast, including Jaideep Ahlawat and Tabu, deliver strong performances that add to the film's overall impact.
A Bloated Second Half That Still Delivers Laughs
While the second half of the film falters slightly in terms of pacing, the comedic beats that punctuate the narrative are still spot on. Shriya Saran's character brings a much-needed levity to the film, and her interactions with the other cast members are genuinely laugh-out-loud funny. The film's themes of family, loyalty, and redemption are timely and well-executed, making for a satisfying conclusion to the Drishyam saga.
