Nani Defends The Paradise's 'A' Rating, Says Violence Not for Sake of Violence

Telugu star Nani recently addressed the media about his upcoming film, The Paradise, in a press conference held in Mumbai. During the event, Nani discussed the film's intense violence and its impact on the audience.

According to Nani, the film's 'A' certification reflects the high level of violence present in the narrative. However, the actor emphasized that The Paradise is not solely focused on violence for its own sake. However, rather as a means to convey a powerful message.

Nani described The Paradise as a solid drama that balances emotion. Drama, and love, with the violence quotient being a key element of the story. He acknowledged that the film's content may not be suitable for all age groups, particularly children.

Speaking about the film's production, Nani revealed that the team was prepared for the 'A' certification while shooting, and that the goal was to create an emotional intensity reminiscent of commercial films. The film reunites Nani with director Srikanth Odela, who also helmed Nani's 2023 hit Dasara. The Paradise is produced by SLV Cinemas and features a talented cast, including Mohan Babu, Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni, and Raghav Juyal. The film is slated to arrive in theatres on September 24.
