Jason Sanjay Opens Up About College Romance That Lasted Over a Year

Jason Sanjay, the 26-year-old director of the recently released film Sigma, has shared insights into a significant chapter of his life – a long-distance relationship that ended over a year ago. In a recent interview with VJ Siddhu, Sanjay discussed his experiences and the lessons he learned from this period.

Sanjay revealed that he had fallen in love only once, during his college days, and that the breakup was a mutual decision. The physical distance between him and his ex-partner, combined with his immersive studies abroad, exacerbated the emotional isolation he felt.

As Sanjay navigated this challenging time, he turned to Yuvan Shankar Raja's romantic soundtracks for solace. He also adopted a digital detox, deliberately avoiding social media platforms, including Instagram, to maintain a safe emotional distance from his ex. This deliberate separation allowed him to process his emotions without the risk of reconnection.
