Earlier in the day, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi served up some Led Zeppelin spirit in an Instagram reel, which showed the Leader of the Opposition standing astride Delhi Police's yellow metal barricades, hands on hips. The reel had been viewed over 2.7 million times within three hours of its posting.
The opposition's allegations against CEC Gyanesh Kumar are not new. With the Keralam government reopening a 2006 bribery case that prompted Kumar's resignation as PWD Secretary in 2006. The opposition has been alleging that the EC helps the ruling party win elections.
