Jay-Z Sues Woman Who Dropped Rape Allegation

Jay-Z has filed a lawsuit against a woman who previously dropped a rape allegation against him. Just months after she claimed he drugged and raped her when she was 13 years old. The woman, identified as Jane Doe in court documents, had filed a lawsuit in 2024 alleging she was drugged and raped by Jay-Z and Sean Combs.

However, she later dropped the lawsuit, stating that the allegations were frivolous, fictitious, and appalling.

According to a statement filed in the case, Jane Doe has now retracted her claims. Officials stated that she has never met or spoken to Mr. Carter and that he never engaged in any inappropriate conduct towards me whatsoever.

and that there is no truth to any of my claims against Mr. Carter.

The allegations against Jay-Z and Sean Combs were first made public last year. With the woman claiming that she was drugged and raped by the two men when she was 13 years old. Jay-Z and Sean Combs denied the allegations, and the woman dropped her lawsuit.

The woman has now been removed from Jay-Z's lawsuit. And she has stated that she has not received any money from him or his representatives. She has also denied being paid to make her latest declaration.

Jay-Z is still suing the woman's former lawyers, led by Tony Buzbee.

When Jay-Z filed his lawsuit against the woman and her lawyers in February 2025, Buzbee claimed that Jay-Z's investigators had repeatedly harassed, threatened, and intimidated this woman for weeks, trying to make her recant her story.
