Bollywood's most high-profile celebrity couple, rapper-singer Badshah and Punjabi actress Isha Rikhi, have announced that they are parting ways after months of speculation about trouble in their relationship.

The news comes on the heels of Isha sharing an emotional note on social media earlier this month, where she spoke candidly about her struggles with fear and silence. The post sparked widespread curiosity about the status of her marriage to Badshah, who has now confirmed that they have mutually decided to go their separate ways.

"We've made this decision with mutual respect," Badshah shared in a joint statement on his Instagram Story. "We kindly request that our fans and the media give us space as we move forward separately." The couple's parting of ways marks the end of Badshah's second marriage, which he had with Jasmine Masih since 2012.

Badshah and Jasmine welcomed their daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, in 2017 before later separating. Despite the split, Badshah has continued to co-parent their daughter, showcasing his dedication as a father.

"We sincerely request that there be no further speculation or assumptions regarding our relationship," the joint statement read. "This will be our only statement on the matter. We're grateful for your understanding and support during this time."
