Born just two days ago on August 24th at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, Tommy is a perfect little bundle of joy who's already stolen the hearts of everyone around him. His dad, Jack, is still coming to terms with the loss of his partner, but he's taking it one day at a time and doing everything he can to be there for their son.

Chelsea had been looking forward to this moment for so long - becoming a mum was something she'd always dreamed of, and she'd spent hours planning every detail, from the nursery to the first outing with baby. She was going to be an amazing mother, and we knew it.

Her infectious laugh, her boundless energy, and her love for life were just a few things that made her so special.

But in an instant, everything changed. Chelsea's labour turned into a cardiac emergency, and despite the best efforts of the medical team, she didn't make it. The pain of losing her is still raw, but we're trying to find ways to celebrate her life and legacy through Tommy.

The outpouring of support from our community has been overwhelming - over £85,000 has been raised for Jack so he can take time off work and focus on being a dad without worrying about the financial burden. It's a small comfort, but it's something that will help us navigate this dark time.

As I look at Tommy, I'm reminded of Chelsea's big smile and dimples - they're still there, shining bright in his little face. She may be gone, but her memory lives on through our beautiful son, and we'll continue to cherish every moment we have with him.
