There, they will be kept for the final 'darshan' before the last rites are performed. Nana Patekar passed away on October 8, at the age of 75, in Goa. His son, Malhar Patekar, confirmed his father's death to local media outlets. The actor was found unconscious at his residence in Dona Paula, Goa, and was rushed to Manipal Hospital.
There, he was pronounced dead after a 45-minute attempt to revive him.
