Deepam Raichura, the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Devda, has been relieved of his additional charge with immediate effect. According to a government order issued on October 9.

It was clarified that Raichura was not working as his OSD during the period in question.

The Deputy Chief, Minister shared. that he had directed the department concerned to conduct an inquiry promptly. It was stated that Raichura has been relieved of the charge of OSD with immediate effect to ensure the inquiry is conducted impartially.

A chargesheet was filed against the co-accused on February 17, 2026. The businessman was arrested on November 22, 2025. Meanwhile, other accused persons named in the case were arrested in November and December that year.
