Kumar shared that the single window clearance system for shoot permissions has been launched, along with subsidies and other incentives. The corporation is offering the highest subsidy in the country to encourage filmmakers to shoot in Bihar.

"Bihar has made significant strides in recent years," Kumar stated. "The days of films being shot in Wai, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, or Uttar Pradesh are behind us now. Filmmakers are increasingly encouraged to capture stories rooted in the state itself." The Bihar Film Promotion Policy also offers subsidies to filmmakers, providing them with an added incentive to shoot in Bihar.
