Amitabh Bachchan Opens Up About Struggling to Find Time to Sleep Amid KBC Shoot

Amitabh Bachchan recently revealed that he struggles to find time to sleep on time. Something he believes would help his tired body repair and recover. The actor, known for his iconic roles in Bollywood, shared his struggles with sleep on his blog.

There, he discussed the importance of night sleep for the human body.

Amitabh reflects on the importance of nighttime rest, a notion he's struggled to prioritize in his busy schedule. Tonight, however, he's made a conscious effort to prioritize sleep, aiming to retire early and wake up before dawn for work.

The result is a distinct sense of clarity and mental focus, as if the weight of his goals has been temporarily lifted. His mind is now abuzz with ideas and drive, fueling an unrelenting determination to push forward and conquer long-held objectives.

Amitabh recently revealed that he had slipped and injured his knee on the set of Kaun Banega Crorepati. The actor entered the show running towards his seat but quickly chose to sit down. Explaining, Usually, I do my monologue standing at the centre.

However, today, I have a knee injury. Yesterday, during the shoot, I slipped and fell and injured my knee. Despite the setback, Amitabh has been seen out and about in Mumbai.

This includes attending a book launch event with his wife and veteran actor Jaya Bachchan, alongside legendary writer Gulzar.

Amitabh will reprise his role as Ashwatthama in Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD Part 2, alongside Prabhas and Kamal Haasan. The actor is also associated with Aankhen 2, directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, and Section 84, currently in post-production. With a packed schedule ahead, Amitabh is determined to push through his goals and deliver outstanding performances.
