Irumudi Tops Netflix Global Chart, Modha Rathiri Second

Shiva Nirvana's Telugu film Irumudi and Raja Karuppasamy's Tamil film Modha Rathiri both released in theatres on August 21 and saw success. With the latter also releasing on Netflix on the same day. However, the films starring Ravi Teja and Rishikanth as the respective leads clashed with each other on OTT, with both films releasing on Netflix on September 18.

Despite the competition, Irumudi and Modha Rathiri have now topped the platform's global charts for non-English movies, with Irumudi leading. The film has garnered 34 lakh views and 81 lakh viewing hours. Meanwhile, Modha Rathiri has brought in 29 lakh views and 69 lakh viewing hours.
