Drishyam 3 Surpasses ₹400-Crore Mark in Just Eight Days

Drishyam 3, the latest installment in the popular franchise, has solidified its position as the highest-grossing film of Ajay DevgnIt's career, surpassing ₹400 crore in just eight days. The thriller, directed by Abhishek Pathak and starring Devgn, has demonstrated remarkable resilience at the box office.

According to industry reports, Drishyam 3 earned ₹176.50 crore net in its opening weekend. This marked one of the biggest starts for a Hindi film in history. This achievement places the film among the top seven biggest opening weekends for a Hindi film.

While the film did not experience the same level of fervour overseas, it still performed better than many of Devgn's previous films. In international territories, Drishyam 3 has earned $10 million in its first eight days, a notable achievement.

Domestic net earnings: ₹260 crore net, with a gross revenue of ₹312 crore, after eight days.

International earnings: $10 million in international territories.

Drishyam 3 has surpassed the lifetime collections of notable films. This includes 3 Idiots (₹400 crore), Krrish 3 (₹393 crore), and Simmba (₹400 crore).

Ajay Devgn stars as Vijay Salgaonkar, alongside Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Kamlesh Sawant. Saurabh Shukla reprises his role from Drishyam 2 in a cameo.
