Sunny Leone and Rahul Dev's upcoming film Chudail. Earlier titled Koka Kola, has landed in a public notice row over exclusive digital, TV, and allied rights.

The notice, issued by Ganesh Jain in the October 3, 2026, issue of Atul Mohan's Complete Cinema magazine, claims exclusive rights and authorization to negotiate the sale, license, or assignment of the film's various rights.

Under the terms of a recent notice, Jain has acquired the rights to the film, which were formally transferred from Sugar &amp. Spice Production on June 3, 2019, and November 3, 2020. The agreement, outlined in finance agreements and term sheets, ensures that Jain holds exclusive ownership of the film's intellectual property, including copyrights and other rights.

Notably, the notice warns that any entity entering into a transfer of the film's IP rights assumes full responsibility for the associated risks and costs.

According to Jain's notice, the film's rights were sold for an unspecified amount, but the exact figure is not disclosed.
