Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has secured a five-year lease for a commercial office space in Mumbai's upscale Goregaon East, marking his latest foray into the city's premium real estate market.

The property registration documents reveal that QuantumX Global Private Limited has entered into an estimated Rs.4.84 crore worth of rental agreement with Hrithik Roshan, spanning 60 months or five years, starting from September 5, 2026.

Located 14th floor lotus corporate

Located on the 14th floor of Lotus Corporate Park's E-Wing within the Graham Firth Steel Compound, the office space is set to become a significant addition to Goregaon East's thriving commercial and entertainment landscape.

The agreement stipulates a 5% annual escalation in rental amount, with initial monthly rent pegged at Rs.7.30 lakhs. 8.87 lakhs per month, based on successive 5% escalations.

According to property experts, the cumulative rental amount for the five-year tenure is estimated to be around Rs.4.84 crores, assuming consistent annual escalation throughout the lease period.
