Ayesha Kapur Returns to Bollywood After 17 Years with Om Ka Hari, Directed by Harish Vyas

Ayesha Kapur, who rose to fame at just 11 years old with her powerful performance as Michelle in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Black, is making a comeback to the big screen after 17 years. Her new film, Om Ka Hari, marks her third outing and the first since the 2009 release of Sikandar.

It's great to be acting again Ayesha says in an interview with Hindustan Times. "I love acting and the whole process of developing the character, working with the team, and being on set." The film is currently running in theatres, directed by Harish Vyas, alongside Anshuman Jha, Raghubir Yadav, and Soni Razdan.

Ayesha's breakthrough role as Michelle in Black earned her a Filmfare Award at the age of 11. Four years later, she starred alongside Parzan Dastur in Sikandar, which marked one of her few film appearances since then.
