Shehzad Poonawalla, a former BJP spokesperson, has revealed that he asked the makers of reality show Rise &amp. Fall season 2 to forgive Siwet Tomar after the reality show star was physically attacked by him during an argument.

Siwet was evicted from the show after the altercation, and he has since shared a video discussing his version of what happened. Shehzad had a fight with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary after calling her a gold digger and was concerned about his reputation.

He expressed concerns that Priyanka might make allegations against him that his rivals could use to tarnish his image.

During a heated verbal exchange, Shehzad called out Siwet for siding with Swara Bhasker despite previously stating that he would not engage with her. The argument escalated as Shehzad continued to provoke Siwet, leading to a loss of control on Siwet's part. Siwet then charged towards Shehzad, causing his kurta to be torn.

Shehzad later told the makers, "When I was injured and subsequently left the show, I shared my concerns with the makers within two hours of my departure. I expressed a desire to have Siwet remain on the show and asked for his forgiveness. I shared this information in order to demonstrate my understanding of the gravity of the situation.

As someone who is 29-30 years old, Siwet's livelihood is at stake. In contrast, my situation is different, and I am not in a position to be concerned about my reputation in the same way."

Shehzad also expressed frustration about being portrayed as being in the wrong and being made to apologize even when he believed he had done nothing wrong.

Siwet has since shared a video discussing his version of the altercation. Claiming that he did not hit Shehzad and that his kurta was torn due to Siwet's grip on his collar. Causing Shehzad to lose his balance.
