He went on to feature in shows such as Ek Ladki Anjaani Si and Seeta Aur Geeta, before exploring opportunities beyond India. This includes Pakistani dramas like Piya Kay Ghar Jana Hai and Silsilay Chahat Ke.

Cezanne eventually returned to Indian television in 2021 with Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki. Stepping into the role of Harman Singh, a character familiar to the show's viewers. His return was a pleasant surprise for fans who had been waiting years to see him back on screen.

In 2022, he followed it up with Sony TV's Appnapan – Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan. There, he played the lead opposite Rajshree Thakur in a more mature role.

Since Appnapan ended, Cezanne Khan has kept a distance from television, largely staying out of the public eye. He often posts videos and photos on his Facebook and Instagram accounts, giving fans glimpses into his personal life.

The recent headlines, including Raja Chaudhary's claims about Shweta Tiwari, have brought attention to his Kasautii Zindagii Kay days. However, he has chosen not to engage with the controversy or revisit that chapter publicly. Instead, Cezanne has been focused on settling down with his long-time girlfriend, Afsheen Zehra, and exploring plans for a future together.
