The average price to attend Arthur Ashe Stadium for a day session has increased by 21.4% over the past 30 days, reaching $348 per ticket.

Meanwhile, night session prices have risen by $14 to $231 per ticket.

These price hikes come as Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz both withdrew from the Cincinnati Open, a major warm-up tournament for the US Open, due to injuries.

Alcaraz, the defending US Open champion, has not played since April due to a wrist injury, while Sinner's knee injury is still being assessed.

Despite these concerns, ticket prices have continued to rise, with fans wondering if top stars will be able to compete at their best.

According to Keith Pagello of TicketData, the market has shown little reaction to the withdrawals, with prices climbing despite the uncertainty surrounding Alcaraz and Sinner's health.

The ideal situation for the US Open would be for both Sinner and Alcaraz to be in the draw alongside other top players like Alexander Zverev and Novak Djokovic.

However, even if one of them were to withdraw, Pagello believes that prices might not drop sharply, suggesting a more stable market despite the uncertainty.

Other betting favorites for the tournament include Americans Ben Shelton and Taylor Fritz, who are looking to make a strong showing in New York.
