Trump Orders Substantial Reduction in US-South Korea Joint Military Exercises
President Donald Trump announced on Sunday evening that he has ordered the Pentagon to substantially reduce the joint military exercises between the U.S. and South Korea, effective immediately.
The decision comes amid a high-profile post Trump also mentioned the cost of the exercises and South Korea's reluctance to join the U.S. in its war against Iran as contributing factors.

'The joint military exercises are very expensive, and we have a great relationship with North Korea,' Trump wrote on Truth Social. 'I'm going to make sure that our military is not wasting money on these exercises.'
