Marvel Studios Dials Back Big-Budget Disney+ Shows After Mixed Results
Marvel Studios is set to cut back on big-budget live-action Disney+ shows after VisionQuest, according to Collider.
Jon Bernthal, known for his role as the Punisher, will star in a new show alongside Adam Driver and Inde Navarrette.
The Marvels, which includes Samara Weaving, Sadie Sink, and Kit Connor, is also part of the upcoming slate.
Paul Bettany stars in a new Disney+ series, while Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man, is set to hit $2 billion at the box office this week.

Marvel Studios has learned from its previous mistakes with live-action shows, according to industry insiders.
"It was a little ahead of its time," says one insider, referring to the studio's recent experiment with big-budget live-action shows on Disney+.
The new Spider-Man movie is breaking records and fans are eager to see what's next for the web-slinger.
