Bihar MLA Prashant Kishor Vows to Deliver on Election Promises

Jan Suraaj Party (JSP) founder Prashant Kishor has taken oath as the MLA of Bankipur in Bihar, calling it a 'great honour'.

Kishor, who defeated Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) Neeraj Kumar Sinha, made several promises during his election campaign, including creating 10,000 jobs for the people of his constituency.

Speaking to reporters in Patna, Kishor said he will try to live up to people's expectations as a member of the Bihar Assembly. He also vowed not to seek votes if he fails to deliver as a legislator.

Kishor has been meeting residents across every ward under Bankipur to reiterate his election promises and address public meetings in his constituency. His 10,000-job pledge has sparked a political debate with the BJP launching a veiled attack.

Kishor also took aim at Union Minister Giriraj Singh, who has been critical of him. He dismissed the comments and threatened to reveal Singh's political horoscope if he continues to talk nonsense.
