Sohail reveals that the illness he faced soon after entering the reality show Alliance was a major factor in his weight loss. 'I got a bit claustrophobic in the first few days, as it was my first time being a part of a reality show,' he says.

The actor also credits the love and concern shown by contestants for keeping him motivated to stay healthy during his time on the show. 'The love and concern from everyone made me stay in for five weeks, though I was unwell in the first itself,' Sohail explains.

So, what's next for Sohail? The actor assures us that he's not relying on any weight loss supplements or medications to achieve his new physique. 'No Ozempic, no fat burners, I'm only taking pure and loads of love and affection from everyone,' he says with a smile.
