Frasers Group Acquires Luxury Retailer Harvey Nichols After Pre-Pack Administration
Frasers Group has acquired luxury retailer Harvey Nichols from Sir Dickson Poon, ending 35 years of ownership. The deal includes six UK stores and over 1,000 employees.

Harvey Nichols has been loss-making since the pandemic, with the latest accounts showing the scale of the deterioration. For the year to March 2025, the company reported a near $142 million loss after tax, including the write-off of inter-company loans.
