Apple Corps Ltd and Universal Music Group have struck a groundbreaking global partnership for The Beatles, marking a new era of close collaboration between the two companies.
The exclusive agreement will see UMG handle worldwide physical and digital merchandise, licensing, and e-commerce on behalf of the band, building on UMG's existing stewardship of The Beatles' legendary catalogue. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Apple Corps' Tom Greene expressed excitement about working with UMG on a new global merchandising deal, citing the upcoming 3 Savile Row fan experience in 2027 and biopic movies in 2028.
The partnership aims to turbo-charge The Beatles' cultural impact, which has spawned 'Beatlemania,' the original global super-fandom. The companies look forward to delighting millions of fans with their planned content, including a new fan experience and biopic films featuring the band's iconic stories.
