That is typically the case whenever the Canadian superstar releases new music, as he remains one of the most successful artists on the planet, but this chapter was different. Drake had been hyping the world for Iceman for months, though he had a surprise in store: the rapper dropped three full-lengths at the same time.

While fans were expecting Iceman , they knew nothing less about either Maid of Honour and Habibti until shortly before all three arrived. Each project became a winner on the Billboard charts, though Drake essentially blocked himself from additional No. 1s as Iceman ruled and his other two collections stalled just beneath the summit on several rankings.

In the months since, Maid of Honour and Habibti have declined on many tallies, with the former disappearing entirely, while Iceman has regularly controlled several rosters. This week, the album returns to No. 1 on a pair of lists, and on one roster, another stay in the penthouse helps Drake tie a special record within his own catalog.

Iceman lifts one space to No. 1 on this week’s Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart , which ranks the most-consumed R&B and hip-hop projects in the United States using both sales and streaming activity. The full-length earns its twelfth frame running the show as it finds its way back to the top spot.

Out of just 14 weeks spent somewhere on the tally, Drake’s bestseller has only failed to rule twice. Four Drake projects have now spent at least 10 weeks court decision the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

Last frame, Iceman was tied with For All the Dogs as his second-longest-running ruler, as both of blockbusters had racked up 11 periods in charge, but the newer of the two has pulled ahead.

Certified Lover Boy also managed an even 10 turns in the loftiest rung. Iceman also finds its way back to the peak position on the Top Rap Albums ranking. The roster uses a similar methodology to the R&B and hip-hop tally, but the focus is narrowed specifically to rap titles.

This time around, the album rises from No. 2 to No. 1 and snags its twelfth moment in charge.

Last week, Iceman was tied with For All the Dogs as Drake’s third-longest-running ruler on the roster, but it now claims that distinction alone. Take Care and Certified Lover Boy have spent longer stints at the summit, with 16 and 13 weeks, respectively.

Iceman charts on four Billboard rankings this week and remains present inside the top 10 on all of them.

In addition to leading both the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Top Rap Albums lists, the collection rises from No. 8 to No. 5 on the Top Streaming Albums tally and keeps steady at No.

9 on the Billboard 200. Iceman conquered all four of those rosters when it was released this spring.
