The second chapter of Under Salt Marsh will begin filming in Scotland in 2027 and will be available on Sky and streaming service Now in the U.K., Ireland and Italy, Sky shared.

Comcast’s Sky unveiled on Wednesday that it has commissioned “the as-yet-untitled second chapter” of original crime drama Under Salt Marsh from creator, writer and director Claire Oakley. Produced “Following the events of the first [season], Detective Eric Bull (Spall) moves to a remote Scottish mining village sinking under the weight of its own secrets, where a murder inquiry brings him closer to the truth about his own past,” reads a plot description.
