Kingdom Hearts 4 Release Date Set for Late 2027 Confirmed Officially

After years of waiting, Square Enix has finally confirmed the release date for Kingdom Hearts 4. The highly anticipated game is set to come out in late 2027, bringing with it a brand new trailer that showcases its first official Disney world: Pixar's Coco.

First Glimpse at Coco

The D23 trailer provides a glimpse into the beautiful recreation of The Land of the Dead, complete with full-on makeup and a themed Keyblade to match. We also see grown-up Sora battling Heartless monsters in a stunning display of combat.

Other new looks include team-up attacks, a first proper in-game look at King Mickey, and Donald Duck and Goofy's continued antics as they try to find Sora.

Release Window Confirmed

The release window for Kingdom Hearts 4 has been confirmed as late 2027, with the game set to be released on PC, PS5, Switch 2, and Xbox Series X|S. This is a welcome relief for fans who have been waiting for five years since the last mainline game.
