Kevin Weisman Lands Prominent Role in Suits LA Spin-Off

Actor Kevin Weisman has appeared in a variety of TV shows, including Prime Video's 'Reacher' Season 4 and the upcoming spin-off 'Suits LA'. In 'Reacher', he plays Russell Plum, an independent journalist who teams up with Jack Reacher to tackle a government conspiracy.

Before joining the cast of 'Reacher', Weisman had a notable role in the ABC spy drama 'Alias'. He played Marshall Flinkman, a tech expert, throughout all five seasons of the show.

Weisman's acting career also includes guest appearances on popular TV shows such as 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and 'Breaking Bad'. In 'Buffy', he played a demon named Dreg in three episodes that aired between 2000 and 2001. On 'Breaking Bad', he appeared as Stevie, a character Jimmy McGill drinks with in an alleyway in Season 1 of 'Better Call Saul'.

In addition to his work on 'Reacher' and 'Alias', Weisman also had recurring roles on 'The Blacklist' and 'Scorpion'. He played Dr. Jeffrey Maynard on 'The Blacklist' and Ray Spiewack on 'Scorpion'. In 2025, he landed a prominent role in the 'Suits LA' spin-off as businessman Lester Thompson.

Weisman also had a notable role as Dale Yorkes in the Hulu series 'Runaways', which aired from 2017 to 2019. He played a bioengineer and reluctant member of PRIDE, a group of teenage superheroes. In an interview with Marvel about his role, Weisman explained that Dale was a complex character who struggled with moral gray areas.
