The Dharwad Regional Office of the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) has appealed to people in Dharwad district to celebrate the Gowri Ganesha festival in an environmentally friendly manner. The appeal comes ahead of the Swarna Gauri and Varasiddhi Vinayaka Chaturthi festivals.
